Uzbekistan intends to sell a dairy plant "Wimm-Bill-Dann Tashkent" to foreign investors

It has been announced by Shavkat Tulyaganov the deputy minister of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of Uzbekistan according to reports of Trend. "We are looking for foreign investors and we are going to attract only a brand one", - says S. Tulyaganov.

According to his words biddings for investor attraction may be declared only after the State Property Committee of the Republic assesses its investment potential. "While this procedure is in progress, you should know that the company is very large and it is very important to our economy," - notes the deputy minister.

Recall that Tashkent City Criminal Court has issued assets transfer of "WBD Tashkent" (a former subsidiary of Russia's Wimm-Bill-Dann) to the state revenues in September 2010.

The enterprise employees are charged in tax infringement, custom illegal issues, trade rules infringement, substandard production realization, plunder and other crimes. Criminal case concerning employees of the company is stopped "without the decision of a question on guilt" and amnesty is applied to them.
