The government persistently suggests state companies to invest into Far East.


\"Rosneft\" and \"Gazprom\" with other large state companies have received an invitation to become со-investors together with the Direct Investment Fund of the Far East and the Baikal region. It is inspired by Vladimir Putin the prime minister in the end of 2010.

The VEB (Vnesheconombank) is creating a management company \"Development Fund of the Far East and the Baikal region\" according to \"Vedomosti\". The bank plans to attract investments for the sum which would allow to reduce a share in fund to 15-20 %, i.e. to add nearby 450 billions to own 80-90 billions of roubles.

A signed by the vice-premier Igor Shuvalov \"Invitation\" document applying to become a со-investor fund is received by \"Rosneft\". \"Gazprom\" has received the similar reference from Dan Belenky the deputy minister of Energy.

\"Invitations\" to invest in a voluntary-mandative order have been received by FGC UES (Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System) and \"Inter of the Russian Open Society\".


The vice-president of \"Gazprom\" board Vlad Rusakova dealing with supervising monopoly strategy, considers that \"Gazprom\" performs active investments into working out of deposits and region gasification included till 2030 will lower the discounted income of the company more than on 2 billions of roubles. To prevent this heavy losses it is obvious to refuse participation in the fund, summarizes the vice-president of the board.

\"Transneft\" explains that the company has enough charitable projects in the Far East: the company has allocated some millions of euros for building of a research nature protection complex for the Far East branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and also 1 million of euro is allocated for researches of the Amur tigers.\"\" \"Rosneft\" and \"Inter of the Russian Open Society\" have supported the whole idea but not rushing to join the fund: the financial question is being considered and will be answered after all details concerning the Fund\'s organization and work are solved.
