Mr. Skele invests in the dairy production

The Family of the ex-Prime Minister Andris Skele has acquired a dairy farm. The Skele family company INPO 20 invested its means in the Ogres piens LLC and bought the farm in the vicinity of the Ogre, reports Priv?to akt?vu p?rvalde. The farm holds 400 cows and has a qualified base for livestock and provides the best quality milk production in the country. The INPO 20 received 49% of the company according to Dienas Bizness.

According to the Lursoft the remaining 51% is owned by the daughter of former Prime Minister - Skele Madara. According to the changes registered in the Lursoft a board member of the company became Ingmars Sniedze.

Former title of the Ogre enterprise was changed with Ogres piens a few days after the transaction performed. Until October 24 the manager of Ogres piens were Emsinsh Martins and the hostess Laura Kigule. Company's share capital made 1.37 million of lats at the the transaction moment. According to Lursoft the last year was completed with a turnover of 392 800 lats, up by 48 thousand of lats more than a year ago. Profit amounted to 39 000 lats
