The "Salavatnefteorgsintez" will invest 2.5 billion of rubles in hydraulic cleaning
The "Salavatnefteorgsintez" OJS will invest 2.5 billion of rubles in hydraulic cleaning as the second phase of modernization says the company.
The unit is designed for hydraulic cleaning of petroleum products from sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen, arsenic, halogens, and metals. The "Salavatnefteorgsintez" conducts a technical upgrading in two phases, the first of which has been completed in September 2009.
The completion date of the second stage - is March 2012. Currently the project is carried out with preparatory works.
The second phase includes depth increasing of desulfurization of diesel fuel to 50 ppm and in the subsequent modernization of oil refineries - up to 10 ppm. The project also includes replacement of reactors, furnaces, heat exchangers, raw, cold high pressure separator. A hydraulic cleaning catalyst of the Axens company will be also used here.
The device reconstruction will allow improving the performance of fuels in accordance with the requirements of technical regulations, reducing their corrosiveness, tendency to form deposits and the amount of gas emissions into the environment.
The "Salavatnefteorgsintez" - is a complex of oil refining and production of petroleum and chemical products, Russia largest producer of butyl alcohol. The Oil refining company has 6.5 million of tons made (16% up) in 2010.
